At Marcelle Boutique, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and stylish shopping experience — from checkout to delivery. Below is all the relevant information about our shipping services:

📦Shipping Locations & Rates:

  • We currently ship within Puerto Rico and the United States. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to check shipping availability for your location.
  • Orders under $150 USD: 🚚Shipping costs are $9.95 USD.
  • Orders over $150 USD: 🎁We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 USD. This is a great opportunity to maximize your purchases while saving on shipping fees.

📬Processing Times

  • We process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

📍 Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. If you haven’t received tracking information after 3 business days, please contact us at shop@marcelleboutique.com.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, orders within Puerto Rico and the U.S. take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
  • For pre-orders (PRE-Order), processing may take between 1 to 4 weeks, depending on product availability. Make sure to review the product descriptions of pre-order items for detailed information about estimated delivery times.
  • Please note: During high-volume periods (Sales, New Drops, Holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing may take slightly longer. Please allow 3 to 10 business days to process your order.

❗️ Shipping Delays:

  • Marcelle Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • However, we’ll do our best to assist you if an issue arises.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If this happens, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly. If needed, contact us and we’ll try our best to help you file a claim.

📦 Incorrect Address:

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If you realize there is an error, please email us immediately at shop@marcelleboutique.com. If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to retrieve it.

🛍 Local Pickup Option (San Juan & Carolina, PR): (No Fee)

  • We offer a free local pickup option for customers near the San Juan and Carolina areas. Pickup is subject to availability and will be coordinated based on the schedule for the week in which your order is placed.  
  • Wednesdays: Pickup available at San Juan:
    • Location: Rooms to Go parking lot in Plaza Las Américas from 6:00PM to 6:30PM
  • Saturdays: Pickup available at Carolina:
    • Location: Applebee’s parking lot in Plaza Escorial from 11:00AM to 11:30AM.
  • Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with confirmation and proposed pickup details, including location, date, and time. Pickup must be confirmed in advance, and times may vary week to week.
️Certain Restrictions Apply for Local Pickup Option
    • Returns or Exchanges: If your order was designated for pickup at the Pick-Up location, you have 7 business days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange.
    • Pick-Up Process: Once your order for pickup at the meeting point is confirmed, you must pick it up on the next available Pick-Up date.
    • Cancellations or Rescheduling: If the Pick-Up service is not available on the scheduled date, you will be notified of the new date via Instagram, Facebook, Email or our website. If you cannot attend your assigned date, please send us a DM (Instagram) or by Email to reschedule. Only one rescheduling is allowed per order.
    • Arrival Instructions: Upon arrival at the selected location, send us a message via Instagram or WhatsApp, so we can indicate our exact location within the meeting point.
    • Pickup Limit: You have a maximum of 2 pickup dates (from the date of purchase) to pick up your order.
    • No-Pickup Penalty: If you do not pick up your order on the 2 assigned pickup dates, the product will be returned to inventory, and you will lose the amount paid.
    • Delivery Change: If your order was designated for pickup and you wish to change it to mail delivery, returns or exchanges will not apply.
    • Strict Rules: No deliveries will be made outside of established business hours. There are no exceptions.
      White, one-size-fits-all items, metallic colors, and sequins are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
    • Sale and Pre-Order items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
